Jamie has spent his 40 yearcareer as a journeyman carpenter, builder, designer, fabricator, installer, and holds certifications in Inspection Technology and Code Enforcement. He understands not just how homes are built, but how they should function safely and efficiently for years to come. His hands-on experience means he can spot issues that others might miss and provide practical, real-world insights into home construction and maintenance.

Eric has more than 30 years of experience as an architect and construction project manager, ensuring homes are designed and built to perform as intended. With expertise in materials, systems, and construction best practices, he brings a keen eye for how elements should fit together, ensuring a thorough and comprehensive inspection process. Eric is a Certified Professional Inspector through the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors
